Reminders and settings
Reminder titles, schedules, categories, app settings, photos, and related content are stored locally on your device. ThingReminder does not operate a developer server that receives this information.
Photos
Photos you capture or select are used to create visual reminders and notification attachments. They remain in ThingReminder's local storage and are not uploaded by the app. The system photo picker gives the app access only to the photo you choose.
Apple services
Notifications and Live Activities
ThingReminder uses Apple system services to schedule notifications and display Live Activities. Their content is created from reminder data stored on your device.
In-App Purchase
Purchases and restorations are processed by Apple through StoreKit. ThingReminder receives the resulting product and entitlement status, but does not receive your payment-card details. Apple processes purchase information under its own privacy policy.
Tracking and sharing
ThingReminder does not include advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, or data brokers. The app does not sell or share your reminder content or photos.
The app's current App Store privacy declaration is: data is not collected by the developer.
Your choices, retention, and deletion
Camera and notification access are optional and can be changed in iOS Settings. Reminder data remains on your device until you delete it. You can delete reminders and their photos inside the app.
Uninstalling ThingReminder removes its local app data from the device, subject to backups managed through your Apple services. A non-consumable purchase remains associated with your Apple Account so it can be restored.
